JFK Conspiracy

I believe that the great nation that all past Americans knew and loved lost its innocence, but not at the moment of the assassination of our Commander in Chief. The United States of America lost its innocence when high ranking government officials began to look suspicious and possibly to be involved a conspiracy to commit the murder of John F. Kennedy. When our leaders turn to murder in order to get what they want and then they continue to turn around and kill other individuals, American citizens, to make sure the truth will never come out. The country has become completely corrupt to the point where there is no way possible where it can be for the people, of the people, by the people. That is the way the United States Forefathers started this country and they said that once our government has become corrupt it is up to the citizens of this country to overthrow the government and restart the methods that were once so important to all Americans. To what point what must the corruptness of America become before the people that own this country take back what is rightfully theirs? I feel that most Americans felt unsafe after the assassination of JFK because if the President of the United States of America gets shot, anyone is just as vulnerable. The people of America are all people from foreign lands, all the people that come to this great country looking for a better life. The “American Dream” used to be a reality for certain individuals but after all of the incidents over the years of war and going into debt is now a thing of the past for most to all people. The future of the United States will be affect forever not by the assassination of Kennedy, but by events that followed including going completely into war in Vietnam and increasing the national debt of the United States to unconquerable amounts.

Many awful events have occurred in the history of America including the assassination of John F. Kennedy and the plains being flown into the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington D.C. American people felt some of the same emotions on both of these horrific events in recent years. Most citizens that were old enough to remember each event would be able to tell you the exact place that they were when they heard the breaking news of the happenings. Nine Eleven was one of the most tragic moments in United States history. Not only because it took away the lives of thousands of Americans and injured many others, but it took away the slight peace of mind that the people had. Both the assassination of JFK and 9/11 were prime examples of national security “blunders” as some would say, although many intelligent individuals are convinced that not only was the JFK shooting a conspiracy but as well as the attacks on 9/11.

Finally my personal thoughts on the assassination of JFK are that it was the biggest conspiracy to commit murder in global history. Kennedy was trying to change American thought process and would possibly have complete peace in the American military with no war for a time period of his Presidency. If it were up to me to decide, Kennedy was murder my highly trained snipers that possibly worked for the FBI or even the CIA. All of the major agencies had some hand in the assassination or else it would not have been as easy to perform such an action. I also believe that this conspiracy goes so high up in the government that those individuals would rather kill innocent witnesses than to face the consequences of their own actions. The highest I believe that this conspiracy went was as far as Lyndon B Johnson. There are tons of conspiracy theories about the assassination of JFK, but now I want you to think on a totally new scale. Suppose that the entire globe is controlled by a “world power” (a select few of individuals that run the planet) and JFK was threatening the powers that be by informing people that he was going to pull troops out of Vietnam completely.  Aristotle Onassis could have been a world power with his wealth and Jackie Kennedy eventually married Onassis just a few short years after being a first-hand witness to the awful shooting of her husband. I find it odd that she married so soon after the traumatic death of her first husband. All the individuals that hold the most wealth on the planet work together as a world power and control the world economy. RFK and MLK were just collateral damage after the assassination of JFK because both of those individuals had just as much if not more power than JFK himself.

Flat Tax

Some people that do not have as large of an income feel that a progressive tax is necessary on the high income families. But the people that say these things do not realize that the high income people pay based on how much money they make. They have extremely expensive lifestyles and put a good amount of money back into other businesses. What people really have to ask themselves is how they would feel in that exact situation. Although they do make more money they will pay more taxes anyway if there is a flat tax will still be above the general citizen. The event that would most likely happen if the government would switch to a flat tax would be a raise for the tax across the board so the all citizens would have to pay more just so our country would be able to function. All of these high end individuals think that it would be beneficial to have a flat tax and they would not have to pay the government quite as much and would end up spending the same amount. This would only hurt our economy because professionals always claim that a strong middle class is the reason that our country flourishes when it does. You will see more and more families not being able to make ends meet and the demand for higher paying jobs. This could cause a spike in unemployment and possibly the homeless. It could through our country worse into debt. I feel that it is a good idea to keep it the way it is for the sake of America as a country it would be best to keep it the way it is at the present time. A flat tax would cause more harm than good at this point in time.

Our Art is a Reflection of our Reality

“Our art is a reflection of our reality”, was a line used in the screen play Straight Outta Compton. Because N.W.A.’s brutally honest lyrics used many “unacceptable” words or phrases, people started to retaliate to the groups messages that they were sending, especially law enforcement. Although the growing popularity of N.W.A. was noticeable all over the country, they still caused massive controversy will the questionable language and type of music that was being performed by the newfound group. The moment that Ice Cube used the phrase stated in the first sentence, I knew that the music N.W.A. was publishing back in the day changed Compton and the whole country forever.

The group came to popularity through a song sung by Eric Wright Jr. aka Easy-E, rapping about how the life in the hood is, what people act like and do in the hood, and how the police treat the individuals in the hood. American people in the Midwest and East coast had no idea how rough times had gotten on the west coast. N.W.A. came at a perfect time because they brought the events that happened on a daily basis in the streets of Compton into the public eye at a national level. These five artists rapped about truth in the hood and eventually they became public figures and gave the average people the courage to start retaliation towards law enforcement that abuses the power that they have.

The Los Angeles riots were sparked by the incident involving ex-convict Rodney King in a high speed chase ending with police brutality caught on video after the arrest of the high speed chase. Even though King was intoxicated and uncooperative, he resisted arrest and was brutally beaten by police officers Laurence Powell, Theodore Briseno, and Timothy Wind. Although these events were unnecessary and massively uncalled for, if King would have just given himself up right away instead of being uncooperative and resisting arrest he could have saved himself a lot of time and he most likely would not have been beaten as badly as he was. Because the incident was causing such a controversy in the midst of the city, the trial of the police officers was moved to a neutral location to make sure no bias was being used. The trial caused even more controversy throughout the Los Angeles area because the despite the best effort of the justice system, the jury consisted of ten white individuals and zero African Americans. The police officers were issued verdicts of not guilty on all counts except for one assault charge placed upon Powell.

After these events took place some of the worst riots in Los Angeles history broke lose. The acquittals sparked the rioting and looting in Los Angeles that became the most destructive United States civil disturbance of the twentieth century. During these riots dozens of people were attacked including a white truck driver, who was pulled out of his vehicle and nearly beaten to death by three African American men, by the name of Reginald Denny. By the time the sun rose, over a dozen people had been killed, hundreds of people were injured, and fires were burning by the hundreds all across the city. You may ask why are these events important to the members of N.W.A.? With all of the police brutality incidents occurring in the Los Angeles area, experienced first-hand by the members of N.W.A., the group felt the push to write and produce a song known as F___ Tha Police, because of the events that were occurring in their own backyard. It brought national attention to Compton and eventually it was the phrase used during the Los Angeles riots and other protests or riots throughout the country.

N.W.A. had their moment in the sun for a brief amount of time and eventually split due to controversy over money. When N.W.A. split up it is not like each individual just rode off into the sunset, all of them stayed in the music industry but were never as popular as they were as a group. People wish that they would have stayed together to meet there full musical potential. Although these men were extremely talented in the music world, but they were twice as important in the racism fight in Los Angeles giving people a voice at a national level and showing people even in high city, state, and country offices the way that the citizens of Compton feel about the way they are treated and abused by the law enforcement.

N.W.A. brought a voice to the people that believed that their opinion did not matter. They gave the highly populated African American community of Compton the voice that they had not had for years. N.W.A. showed people the way that some cops were abusing the power that they had been granted. The City of Compton was in a vicious cycle, the cops were making them feel like criminals and druggies so eventually the people act like criminals. Then the new cops come and do the same thing to the next generation and it becomes almost impossible to break that chain. “Our art is a reflection of our reality”, is the way all people should look at life. If you take a step back and wrote lyrics to how your life is and what kind of things you have seen or done. What kind of song would it be? Would it be worth listening to? If you stepped out of your body and listened to it without bias would you enjoy it or would it be boring? N.W.A. did not realize the influence that had for the people around them and individuals all around the country. They did not realize that they had an effect on the nation, they just took what they had and ran with it. They were pioneers for their generation, community, and race. Although the group eventually split, the small amount of time that N.W.A. had as a group left a lasting imprint on all Americans.

Free and Reduce Lunch Program

The trends that I have seen while studying the graphs conclude that people who qualify for the free and reduced lunch programs have a greater chance of having lower testing scores. The kids that do not have the qualifications for free and reduced lunch programs have much higher grades than the lower class people.

This could also show that people do not fall far from the tree in the way that they will not have good jobs, because the education that they choose to get they might be in the same boat as their parents are in with their own kids in the near future. This really fall into the class system and how it is hard for certain individuals in the classes that they are born in to move up classes because they choose to be like their parents so they will fall into the same setting which could go on and on for generations to come without breaking it. The cycle will continue to go like this until someone forces themselves or each other to break their old habits and eventually start new habits and then they could continue to climb up the staff or fall back into the class they were once a part of.

Donald Trump Muckraking

When Donald Trump promises Americans that we will “get tired of winning”, that is the same statement that he promised the people of America with the opening of Trump University. Trump University was a way for Donald Trump to get millions and billions of dollars from the American people with the promise that they will be able to take the things they have learned and apply them in the business world and be able to succeed in all aspects of the business world.

Approximately 10,000 “students” enrolled in these seminars and some to have personal mentoring for nearly thirty times the price. Although most of these individuals involved with Trump University seem to be satisfied with the results there is the other side where they feel that they have been cheated out of their money and deserve compensation. Certain students have paid up to $35,000 to receive the “Gold” program at Trump University which consists of personal mentoring by professionals, and have received little to no attention from these so called “experts.” If Donald Trump has done this fraudulent activity in the past, what is stopping it from doing it again except on a much larger scale which could cause financial unrest to not only the country, but also all of the citizens of America?
