If you are convicted of 1st or 2nd degree
Murder, you shall be put to death by firing squad. If you are convicted of 3rd
degree murder, life in prison with solitary confinement. If you are convicted of 4th
degree murder, 25 to life with chance of parole. If you are convicted of manslaughter
or vehicular homicide, 10 to 25 years in federal prison.
This is a topic that has many sides to it. Some are in favor of the death penalty and others are not. based on their own morals. Some people do not realize that the stronger that the death penalty is enforced, the less people will want to perform these acts.
